Zell & Co. and the Hungarian Holocaust Litigation team had filed a motion seeking consolidation of the District of Columbia case with another case, filed in Chicago. The Multi-District Litigation panel of federal judges, which considers such motions, decided that the two cases should proceed separately for the time being. This means that our case will proceed in federal court in Washington, D.C., while the other case proceeds in federal court in Chicago. A copy of the decision of the Multi-District Litigation Panel may be found at:http://www.fandz.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/02/JPML-Order-Denying-Transfer.pdf
