We are pleased to announce that as of March 1, 2002, Zell, Goldberg & Co has entered into a correspondent relationship with the law firm of Shapiro Sher Guinot & Sandler, with offices in Washington, D.C. and Baltimore.  The two law firms will offer joint representation to clients on appropriate international legal matters and refer matters to each other on a regular basis. 

The Firms will continue to concentrate in the following areas of practice: international trade and transactions; domestic and international corporate securities and taxation; bankruptcy, cross-border insolvency and domestic and international work-outs; domestic and international litigation; intellectual property law; domestic and international government procurement law; and international security and anti-terrorism law.
