The recently expanded litigation group provides full service representation for domestic and foreign clientele in both the civil and labour courts and at all levels of the Israeli court system, at the trial and appellate levels, including the High Court of Justice.

In a landmark decision, the Tel Aviv District Court accepted the firm’s motion to strike out a claim of negligence filed against a former Water Commissioner, stating that an expert witness who testifies on behalf of one party does not owe a conceptual duty of care to the opposing party for a written opinion submitted by the expert in court.  For a longer note on this case, click here.
